Sensei khalil Ur Rehman was born in Karachi 15th Aug 1966. During 1976, at the tender age of 10, he was most tempted to seek admission in Sensei Inamullah Khan Dojo, at Gizri Karachi. It was known as Universal Karate Centre. In those days, there was no kyokushin karate Dojo in Pakistan.

During 1977, Mr. Peter Chong, Asian Chairman, visited Pakistan. Sensei Inamullah Khan was very fortunate to have acquired Training from Mr. Peter Chong and then decided to join kyokushinkai kan. Later on Mr. P Chong started grass root training classes of Kyokushin in Karachi Dojo, Pakistan.

He got 2nd position in All Sindh Championship at Sindh Sukkar.

1985
He Participated 1st time in National Championship at  Balochistan QUETTA

1986
He got 1st position in All Sindh Championship at Sindh Karachi

1987
He got 3rd position in National Championship at Panjab MULTAN.

1988
Got 1st Dan & He got 1st position in National Championship at  Sindh MIR PUR KHAS.

1988
He got 2nd position in All Pakistan Open weight Championship at  Sindh HYDERBAD.

1989
He got 1st Position in National Championship at Panjab LAHORE.

1990
He got 1st Position in All Pakistan Stronger man Championship  at NWFP PISHAWAR.

1992
Got 2nd Dan & Represent 1st time Karachi team in National  tournament.

1999
Got 3rd Dan & Represent Pakistan team in 8th Asian kyokushin  tournament at Pakistan Lahore.

2009
He join International Kyokushindo Organization.
